I have known David Gaona, owner of One Specialty Concrete, L.C., for many years.  Our company is a custom home builder in the Flower Mound area and David has been responsible for all of our concrete work since he began his business.  Recently, David started in the landscape/exterior business and has performed all of our work since its inception.

I enjoyed working with David Gaona and his crew at One Specialty Concrete, Landscape & Pools.   The concrete guys did a great job on the front flowerbeds with the decorative curbing.  I really enjoyed working with Shane Reid on the landscaping in the back.  Everything came out just the way I wanted it to look when they were done. 

 

Now that it is cooler I can spend time in the back yard garden.  I enjoy the plants and flowers very much.

The outdoor living space surrounding our pool was old, tired, and lacked character. After interviewing numerous design build contractors who offered solutions ranging from simply painting our concrete decking to ambitious and over-reaching concepts, we selected One Specialty Concrete, Landscape & Pools, L.L.C.    David Gaona and his team offered ideas, and importantly for us, integrated our own conceptual plans into a design that exceeded our expectations. We were promised an aggressive completion schedule; One Specialty worked night and day, rain and shine and met that schedule. The quality of workmanship and the materials used were exceptional. Looking beyond the scope of the original job, One Specialty suggested further design elements and accents for our yard including retaining walls and plant selections that would enhance the look and feel of our new outdoor living area. From start to finish, working with One Specialty as a true partner in the transformation of our pool and yard from an embarrassment into a showcase was the most positive contracting relationship we have experienced.
