What is Our Affiliate Program?

One Specialty’s Affiliate Program is a lead-based marketing network that targets any person in need of additional income in the DFW Metroplex. This includes the unemployed, the underemployed, those in job transition, or anyone who knows a homeowner or business owner that is interested in any of the five services that One Specialty, L.L.C. provides (Concrete, Custom Stone, Landscape, Luxury Pools, and Window Cleaning). Anyone is eligible to participate in the program and to become an Affiliate Member.

How Does it Work?

Affiliates are asked to provide One Specialty with sales leads at no risk. We are not looking for sales-associates, but are asking individuals to consider making a referral to our company if they know someone who is interested in beginning a home project.  If you know anyone interested in any of our five residential services, we ask that you provide your information and the information of the person you are referring by signing up on our Affiliate Page. Inform your referral that a One Specialty employee will be contacting them in regards to their desired home-construction project  and that they will receive a FREE personal consultation and estimate. To be contacted by One Specialty directly, all Affiliate members must obtain the explicit consent of each person being referred to our company.

If the initial referral results in a successful lead – a lead that results in a sale – One Specialty will reward the Affiliate member who makes the initial referral. In exchange for a lead that results in a sale, One Specialty will give 3% of the final sales price to any Affiliate that refers our company to a friend. As our work is primarily with high-end custom home builders and residential homeowners, One Specialty requests that a referral result in a minimum $2,000 home construction project.

Please fill out the form below if you would like to provide a sales-lead to our company. We will also offer a 3% discount to any customer of yours who utilizes any of our services or we will gladly donate the 3% to your charity of choice.
